Licensed Software - Installgen

The Installgen application implements Oracle´s best practices for over 100 tasks required when performing the installation of Oracle database servers. This graphical application generates dozens of scripts, configuration files and documentation within a few seconds. An external module allows site-specific customization of each generated file. The only requirement for using these applications is that Perl must be installed on the computer running the demo application. Perl 5.6.1 is the recommended version, though older versions may work as well.

Licensed Software - Repgen

The Repgen application generates the scripts required to setup, remove and monitor an Advanced Replication installation. The implementation of primary keys, replication triggers and multiple conflict resolution methods is included. As with the Installgen program, an external module allows site-specific customization of each generated file. The only requirement for using these demo applications is that Perl must be installed on the computer running the demo application. Perl 5.6.1 is the recommended and tested version unless noted otherwise, though older versions may work as well.
